Brandon Graves is an award-winning visual storyteller and creative director with ten years of experience in storytelling, editorial production, and strategic communications. His expertise in storytelling comes from a local TV news background in recruiting, training, and developing talent to achieve award-winning individual and team accomplishments through coaching, culture shaping, and content transformation. Brandon is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he teaches multimedia storytelling in asynchronous formats. He has a bachelor's degree in communication from Old Dominion University. His industry knowledge in communications expands to program management, innovative instructional design, and brand communication and presentation. Brandon is a teacher and coach at heart with a passion for developing a new generation of storytellers to reframe and restore the spectrum of black images in media. 

Trevina is a veteran, former federal government employee, and educational leader that has over 20 years of professional experience including C-Suite functions. Her specialties are in recruitment/retention, leadership through mentorship & coaching, continuous process improvement, grant & contract writing, and government-school-nonprofit partnerships. Trevina has devoted her career and life's work to advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives in early childhood-higher education development, family self-sufficiency, and for marginalized populations. She holds 2 bachelor’s degrees in education: UC Berkeley & Northwestern College; Trevina also holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and achieved 2 completed years in law school. She holds Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Trevina enjoys spending time with her family and making international dishes.
